DESCRIPTION:The Maple Producers of NE Ohio are dedicated to the production of quality maple syrup through the education of the producers and public using proper \nforest management\, stewardship and latest technology and techniques while still preserving the maple heritage. \nCome to Geauga County and follow the Trail to many Maple Producers.  See how sap is gathered and then boiled down to make syrup. \nIt takes 40-60 gallons of sap to produce 1 gallon of finished Maple Syrup.  On average one tapped tree will produce 10-20 gallons of sap. \nCome visit and make sure to wear boots and dress warmly for the weather. \nMost Sugar Houses are open 10am till 5pm
